Please read our Welcome to the new ThirstyBearCycling.com site blog post and leave a comment.
2013 is fast approaching and what better way to celebrate the New Year with the launch of a brand new site!
Consider this as the ‘center of the universe’. Everything related to our team will be shared, discussed and commented here. Check out the team roster, learn about our sponsors (yes, those cool logo’s we have on our kit), see the race calendar for the 2013 season, great pictures and videos, and stay up-to-date on everything that happens on social media for our team.
The site is a WordPress responsive design. For all of you who now thinks, “Why should I care?” Well, this means that you can enjoy the site on your iPhone, iPad or PC everywhere you go.
We need your help!
Did you go on a great ride, how did last weekends race go, what is the latest cool gear you got your hands on, upcoming races or social events that you want the team to learn more about – anything goes. Its very easy to make a post. Just email Eric at eric @ ThirstyBearCycling.com with your text, pictures, and video and he will make sure your post gets up on the site. For those who are interested, we can also grant you author access to the site.
Do note that the site is public and everyone can read what’s there, but heck its not rocket science and who does actually come here who is not an avid fan of the ThristyBear Cycling team. Some posts may be private and will therefore be password protected.
Please help spread the news.
We are stepping up our communication on social media, to make it easy for all to see, search and share all the great moments of ThirstyBear Cycling. We are now active on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and Strava.
Do share what you find interesting on the site with all your friends on Twitter and Facebook. At the bottom of any new post are buttons to Tweet, Facebook like etc – so its easier than ever. We really want to make this a vibrant community for all of us who love biking. We even welcome inspiration and comments from our ThirstyBear Cycling non-member cycling friends.
